Key Responsibilities

Manage power, cooling, networking, and hardware deployments to maintain high system uptime.

Coordinate communication between technicians, artificial intelligence specialists, and external vendors.
Implement energy-efficient practices and resource optimization for computing workloads.
Track metrics regarding uptime, power efficiency, and issue resolution.
Direct the team through emergency situations to protect systems from disruption.
Build and refine preventative maintenance schedules and ticket workflows in Jira.
Collaborate with leadership to standardize best practices across sites during expansion.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in data center operations or similar critical environments.
At least 3 years of experience managing technical teams in fast-paced settings.
Technical knowledge of server hardware, cabling, and data center setup and lifecycle management.
Ability to handle occasional on-call duties and travel to data center locations as needed.
Physical capability to perform data center tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and using ladders.
