Key Responsibilities

Direct the comprehensive strategy and execution for the Korean compute build-out, encompassing site selection, leasing, financing, and operations.
Act as the central coordinator for specialized cross-functional workstreams without relying on direct line authority.
Engage with government officials, energy providers, and utility leaders in Korea to secure necessary power and site outcomes.
Monitor parallel workstreams and mitigate risks as the local compute footprint expands significantly.
Align global compute goals with the regulatory, political, and market environment in Korea.

Requirements

Strong preference for Korean nationals with established connections in government and the energy sector.
Structured thinker capable of mastering new domains rapidly.
Outstanding communication skills suited for interacting with senior government and utility leaders.
Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional groups without formal authority.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
Professional background rooted in energy, infrastructure, or a related field.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Ability to work from an office location following the company hybrid attendance policy.
