Role Overview

Alan is hiring a Care Ops professional to join the team anywhere in France on a full-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals with three to five years of operational experience who want to drive efficiency, tooling, and AI adoption in a fast-growing health tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive performance monitoring and analysis on SLAs and ticket-level frameworks to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
Identify and prioritize scaling bottlenecks, introducing streamlined solutions including automation, externalization, and AI-driven use cases.
Pilot new contact channel projects, such as a direct phone line for digitally challenged members and large deals, while anticipating global expansion impacts.
Own the tooling stack鈥攊ncluding Intercom, Dust, Klaus, Aircall, and automation platforms鈥攅nsuring integration, compliance, and up-to-date functionality.
Manage business partnerships with external providers, oversee request for proposal processes, and lead process implementation for cross-functional adoption.
Collaborate directly with dedicated Product crews to prioritize efficiency needs and improve the overall tooling infrastructure.

Requirements

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Bring excellent project management and leadership capabilities to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate a passion for process optimization with the ability to implement fast and iterative solutions.
Maintain an organized, structured mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Exhibit robust data analytics abilities, with proficiency in SQL being highly desirable.
Showcase a strong interest in no-code platforms, artificial intelligence, and advanced operational tooling.
