C2 Mission Operations Manager, JIATF
About this role
Air Defense initiatives require focused direction and ownership to rapidly mature in support of operational, technical, and financial objectives. Anduril Industries needs a C2 Mission Operations Manager to orchestrate product deployments, manage internal and external relationships, and shape technology to meet mission needs.
In this capacity, the manager will lead the planning and deployment of flagship hardware and software products, train end users, and ensure high system performance in the field. Working closely with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams, the individual will bridge the gap between user requirements and product development. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy, strong problem-solving abilities, and a mission-first mindset will succeed in this role.
What you will do
- Orchestrate the planning and deployment of flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to deploy products to the field and train end users.
- Build trust with customers, industry partners, users, and teammates through effective communication and follow-through.
- Work side-by-side with customers to understand specific mission challenges and represent them during product development.
- Collaborate across nearly every internal Anduril team including business development, engineering, product, and legal.
- Supervise execution and distill complexity into digestible components to ensure mission success.
What you need
- Possess an advanced degree or three to five plus years of experience in a technical field, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain.
- Demonstrate proven project management skills as a highly organized creative problem-solver.
- Show proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a culture of influence through relationships.
- Translate and decompose highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
- Obtain and hold a Secret Clearance.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience with C2 Hardware and Software, Networking, CUAS, and/or Air and Missile Defense
- Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles
- Prior military or government acquisition and/or government contracting experience
- Able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance to TS/SCI

What is the salary range for this role?
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only, ranging from $146,000 to $194,000 USD. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
What are the travel requirements for the position?
Candidates must be able to travel up to 50% of the time in order to support field deployments and customer missions.
What security clearance is required to join the team?
Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance, with the possibility of being able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance to TS/SCI.
What additional compensation is included with the offer?
