As a Business Systems Analyst for GTM Systems, you will own a core funnel domain within Salesforce and partner directly with leadership to shape commercial operations. You operate effectively at the intersection of business strategy, rigorous data analysis, and hands-on system building. Ideal candidates bring deep technical proficiency in Salesforce administration alongside strong stakeholder management skills to translate complex commercial needs into scalable architecture.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design of a core funnel domain within Salesforce, establishing lifecycle stages, guardrails, and data structures that maintain high integrity.
- Partner closely with go-to-market leadership to define operational workflows, balancing business requirements against technical scalability.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to systematize team structures, territory assignments, and commission crediting rules.
- Translate strategic frameworks into functional system components using declarative tools like Flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Act as the data-model steward for assigned domains, providing approval for new fields, automation routines, and integrations.
- Write comprehensive technical specifications that allow developers to build complex customizations without redundant clarifications.
- Evaluate, configure, and maintain supporting tooling that accelerates sales velocity, activity capture, and deal inspection.
- Manage discovery sessions, user acceptance testing, and adoption measurement for all deployed solutions.
What you need
- Demonstrated professional experience in revenue or go-to-market systems as a business systems analyst or similar role.
- Proven background designing and implementing complex lifecycle processes or forecasting motions at high-growth organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the confidence to advise go-to-market leaders and challenge suboptimal workflows.
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills including Flows, validation rules, assignment logic, and user interface design.
- Clear communication abilities to bridge discussions between commercial teams, revenue operations, and software engineers.
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in GTM or revenue systems roles
- Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience partnering with RevOps on team structures, territory design, and ownership splits
- Cross-functional expertise spanning multiple parts of the customer lifecycle
- Familiarity with AI-assisted systems work and eagerness to incorporate it into design and documentation workflows

The annual compensation range for this role is $270,000 to $315,000 USD, which includes both base salary and applicable sales commissions or bonuses target where relevant.
