Notion is seeking a Business Development Representative, DACH to join its team in Dublin, Ireland. This full-time position suits a competitive and curious outbound sales professional who is fluent in German and ready to drive workflow-first pipeline generation.

Role Overview

Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model, and the Business Development Representative is at the front of it. Based in the Dublin office, this role requires working on-site during Anchor Days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The position involves turning the right accounts into the right conversations, partnering closely with Solutions Consultants to target companies ready to rethink their work methods, and securing initial meetings with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate a qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts within an assigned book.
Partner with sellers on account and outbound strategies.
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns utilizing email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to create urgency and secure first meetings.
Conduct initial qualifications to guarantee meetings handed to sellers are build-ready by validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit.
Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce containing ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypotheses, and stakeholder context.
Leverage GTM system tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting and prioritize accounts based on signal strength.

Requirements

Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation with practical experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach.
Sharp qualification instincts to quickly assess ICP fit and identify urgency.
Passion for AI and a clear understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models.
High-activity mindset characterized by discipline and data-driven prioritization.
Willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
Fluency in German.

Nice to Have

Experience utilizing Salesforce, Outreach, or similar go-to-market tooling.
Familiarity with the Notion product or previous experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
Background operating in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with distinct pipeline targets.

Salary and Benefits

Total on-target earnings for this role are estimated at €70,000 per year, which includes base salary and on-target incentive pay.
