Role Overview

Notion is seeking a Business Development Manager, Product & Platform for a full-time position based in New York, New York, with remote work flexibility and in-office requirements. Key Responsibilities

Scale the Notion platform by identifying, evaluating, and facilitating the launch of new product integrations in close collaboration with product, engineering, and partner teams.
Manage partner-centric launches from initial onboarding and implementation through to go-to-market execution and post-launch tracking.
Own and grow relationships with key strategic partners, acting as their internal voice to help shape the product roadmap and planning.
Design and execute growth strategies that establish first-in-kind partnerships to drive new user demand and revenue.
Negotiate deals, provide ongoing support, and turn successful agreements into scalable programs based on adoption metrics.

Requirements

Bring seven or more years of relevant professional experience in business development, strategic partnerships, product, or growth.
Demonstrate strong product instincts alongside a history of working closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
Possess high agency and comfort operating within ambiguity to establish clarity where playbooks do not yet exist.
Exhibit strong operational rigor with the ability to execute end-to-end and manage complex cross-functional projects.
Display excellent communication and negotiation skills capable of delivering clear stories in documentation, presentations, and face-to-face interactions.

Nice to Have

Previous experience as an early go-to-market or product hire at a fast-growing company.
Fluency working alongside independent software vendors and across developer ecosystems.
Demonstrated success building partnerships across multiple global regions such as AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated base salary range of $185,000 to $210,000 per year for positions based in New York City.
