Role Overview

HackerOne is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Renewal Specialist to join the sales team in Pune, operating on a UK shift. This full-time position suits a driven professional with a background in renewals who wants to support customer success and sales operations in the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners to align renewal strategies with account goals.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Strive to meet and exceed quarterly and annual retention quotas alongside other performance metrics.
Build strong negotiation skills when engaging with business, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
Foster relationships with current accounts to secure timely contract renewals.
Quickly learn concepts related to security, vulnerability management, and bug bounty programs.
Manage accounts, opportunities, forecasting, and customer tracking using Salesforce.
Provide quoting support and daily Salesforce administration assistance to the Sales team.
Keep monthly and quarterly sales forecasts accurate.

Requirements

Bring at least two years of experience in renewal sales for software or web technologies, ideally with technical audiences, SaaS, or internet security markets.
Demonstrate the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and high-velocity work setting.
Show proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ systems.
Exhibit a strong understanding of new technologies and the ability to articulate their value to customers.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
Be familiar with Slack and Google Apps.
