Requirements

Bring eight or more years of technical experience in roles such as customer engineer, forward deployed engineer, or software engineer with direct client engagement.
Demonstrate production-level experience working with large language models, covering advanced prompt engineering, agent creation, and scaling evaluations.
Possess strong programming proficiency in Python alongside a solid background in building production software applications.
Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, or display an equivalent combination of education and professional training.
Comply with the location-based hybrid policy, which requires staff to work from the Sydney office at least twenty-five percent of the time.
