The person who succeeds here will act as a technical thought partner to the go-to-market team, embedding with partner technical teams to enable AI practices and troubleshoot intricate issues. Daily responsibilities include collaborating on industry-specific generative AI applications, developing reference architectures, and unblocking strategic customer deals. This position exists to accelerate indirect revenue, enable partner practices, and execute long-term go-to-market strategies while ensuring technology remains safe and beneficial.
What you will do
- Act as a technical thought partner to the go-to-market partnerships team by providing technical expertise and identifying opportunities to deepen partner capabilities.
- Embed directly with system integrator and cloud partner technical teams to support troubleshooting, evangelize developer communities, and serve as an escalation point.
- Collaborate with partners to identify high-value industry-specific generative AI applications and codify reference architectures.
- Intervene in strategic customer deals where partners act as the primary delivery vehicle to provide deep technical expertise and guidance.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, workshops, summits, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather product feedback from partner use cases and deployment patterns to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.
What you need
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as solutions architect or sales engineer.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully partnering with system integrators or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from design to delivery.
- Possess exceptional communication skills to build relationships and translate technical concepts across diverse stakeholders.
- Show experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Demonstrate familiarity with common large language model frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning and data science.
- Communicate fluently in both Korean and English.
