Key Responsibilities

Build technical credibility with founders and engineering teams by understanding build patterns and guiding architecture decisions.
Gather insights on startup use cases and deployment patterns to deliver actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Travel to customer locations, startup events, and industry conferences for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder.
Experience working with high-growth technology companies or startups, understanding their velocity and constraints.
Strong builder credibility as a software engineer or technical founder with the presence to earn trust from technical leaders.
Deep technical proficiency in building and scaling AI products with a pulse on AI engineering best practices.
Hands-on background in deploying production LLM-powered applications, including expertise in context engineering and evaluation frameworks.
Strong technical communication skills to explain complex AI concepts clearly.
Track record of selling technical products within competitive markets.
Proficiency in Python alongside familiarity with modern LLM frameworks, tools, and integration patterns.
Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Ability to work from the office at least 25% of the time under the location-based hybrid policy.

The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position ranges from $240,000 to $315,000 USD, which includes both the annual base salary and sales commission or bonus targets.
