The Partnerships team focuses on cultivating technical relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators alongside major cloud providers like AWS and GCP to accelerate indirect revenue and expand AI adoption.
As an Applied AI Architect on this team, the person in this role will function as a pre-sales architect, enabling partner AI practices and supporting complex technical deals. Responsibilities include building joint industry-specific generative AI solutions, troubleshooting technical blockers, and gathering product feedback to shape future roadmap development. Ideal candidates combine strong client-facing technical communication with experience designing scalable cloud architectures and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
What you will do
- Act as a technical thought partner to the go-to-market partnerships team by driving strategic programs and identifying opportunities to deepen partner capabilities.
- Embed directly with system integrator and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices, support troubleshooting, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with partners to identify valuable generative AI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures and best practices.
- Intervene directly to unblock strategic customer deals where partners serve as the primary delivery vehicle by providing solution architecture guidance.
- Represent the organization at partner events, AWS summits, industry conferences, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather and validate product feedback regarding partner use cases and deployment patterns to share with internal teams and inform the product roadmap.
What you need
- Bring at least five years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully partnering with system integrators or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery.
- Possess an exceptional ability to build relationships with and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to engineering teams.
- Show experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating systems within enterprise environments.
- Exhibit familiarity with common large language model frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning and data science.
