Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Partner with account executives to align customer business objectives with technical solutions.
Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the entire Claude adoption journey for enterprise clients.
Support customers building applications using both the Claude API and Claude for Work.
Create and deliver tailored technical content ranging from developer deep dives to executive business value discussions.
Guide architectural decisions for integrating Claude into existing enterprise technology stacks.
Assist clients in developing evaluation frameworks to measure model performance for specific use cases.
Identify common integration patterns and share insights with product and engineering teams.
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
Native or C1 Italian speaker with fluent English proficiency.
Proven track record of working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and engineering teams.
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Python, common LLM frameworks and tools, machine learning, or data science.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Ability to meet the location-based hybrid policy by working from the office at least 25% of the time.
