Key Responsibilities

Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions that align business goals with proper implementation.
Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the entire adoption journey of Claude, managing the process from initial discovery and evaluation through deployment.
Support enterprise customers utilizing both the Claude API and Claude for Work.
Create and present tailored technical content ranging from developer deep dives to executive-level business value discussions.
Guide technical architecture decisions and assist organizations with integrating Claude into existing enterprise technology stacks.
Help clients build evaluation frameworks to accurately measure model performance for specific use cases.
Identify integration patterns and relay insights back to internal product and engineering teams.
Travel occasionally to client sites for workshops, relationship building, and technical sessions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical, customer-facing positions such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
Demonstrated background working with enterprise clients and navigating intricate buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and handling integrations with enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Python, common large language model frameworks, machine learning, or data science.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
Ability to work under a hybrid policy requiring staff to be in a designated office at least 25 percent of the time.
