Key Responsibilities

Partner with account executives across South Korea to align technical solutions with customer business goals.

Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work.
Create and deliver tailored technical content ranging from deep dives for engineering teams to business value presentations for executives.
Guide architecture decisions to help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks and develop performance evaluation frameworks.
Identify common integration patterns and share insights with internal product and engineering teams.
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, relationship building, and technical sessions.

Requirements

Professional background in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
Native-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency.
Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and IT teams.
Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field of study.

Nice to Have

Five or more years of relevant experience.
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Python and common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning and data science.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and cross-organizational collaboration.
