About this role

Managing end-to-end interview loops across multiple time zones, languages, and calendars forms the core daily routine for this position. Anthropic seeks its first Singapore-based Recruiting Coordinator to support rapid regional growth across Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia. The person in this role will act as the primary local point of contact, partnering closely with APAC recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a warm and high-touch candidate experience.

Operating within a follow-the-sun coordination model, the incoming coordinator will help keep hiring moving around the clock while shaping regional operations from the ground up. Responsibilities include documenting effective workflows, spotting gaps, and managing logistics for new locations, entity changes, and onboarding handoffs. Candidates who thrive in this environment typically enjoy building structure in ambiguous settings, bring strong cross-cultural communication abilities, and demonstrate a practical familiarity with modern recruiting tools and artificial intelligence workflows.

What you will do

  • Schedule a high volume of interview loops spanning hiring manager screens, onsites, debriefs, and reference calls across multiple time zones and stakeholder calendars.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding logistics, maintaining a warm, clear, and culturally aware tone throughout the process.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to flag capacity risks, local holidays, and market norms early.
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse and configure scheduling tools while supervising associated automations.
  • Provide reliable coverage within a follow-the-sun coordination model to ensure seamless handoffs between global regions.
  • Support regional hiring operations such as new office locations, entity changes, offer logistics, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Independently scope and lead process improvement projects from problem identification to adopted solution.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence tools as a core component of the daily administrative workflow.

What you need

  • Four or more years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling, ideally supporting multiple APAC markets.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across diverse time zones with an understanding of regional business norms.
  • Hands-on operational experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and scheduling tools such as ModernLoop or GoodTime.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft friendly, informative correspondence that builds rapport.
  • Comfort creating operational structure from ambiguity combined with sound judgment on when to escalate issues.
  • Practical fluency with AI tools alongside the judgment to evaluate and override outputs when necessary.
  • Fluency in English at a native or business level.
  • Demonstrated interest in Anthropic's mission and commitment to AI safety.
