What you will do
- Embed directly with finance teams to evaluate current workflows, uncover automation opportunities, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Build and operationalize AI agents for finance use cases, handling the full lifecycle from early prototypes to validation, documentation, and handoff.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure reliable financial outputs.
- Design reusable knowledge layers, evaluation methods, and data-quality frameworks that improve agent accuracy and speed up future deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering partners to scope custom tools and integrations when encountering platform limitations.
- Enable long-term ownership by coaching colleagues through clear standard operating procedures, runbooks, and self-service tooling.
- Establish monitoring and observability for deployed agents, including metrics, alerting, and incident-response workflows.
What you need
- Bring at least 5 years of professional experience across data analytics, technical operations, business intelligence, automation, or solutions delivery.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of program management experience collaborating directly with business leaders on process transformation initiatives.
- Possess hands-on experience building AI-enabled tools, agents, or automated workflows that transformed real business processes.
- Show strong SQL proficiency, including experience writing complex queries with common table expressions, window functions, and joins.
- Exhibit a proven track record of independently scoping and delivering technical solutions for process improvement from problem definition to user adoption.
- Display strong analytical and investigative skills to debug complex data problems, identify root causes, and resolve inconsistencies.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and partner effectively with engineering teams.
- Apply working knowledge of standard development practices such as version control, testing, code review, and iterative delivery.

- Domain experience in Finance Operations, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, or Payments.
- Familiarity with modern data tools and practices such as Python, Databricks, ETL/ELT processes, and data-quality controls.
