Key Responsibilities

Design software architectures that prioritize scalability, maintainability, performance, security, and integration needs.
Translate business goals into end-to-end solution designs and practical architecture decisions.
Build efficient workflows utilizing tools like n8n or Retool for seamless system integration.
Conduct technical assessments to decide between data processing, workflow orchestration, or agent-based systems.
Utilize RAG frameworks and agent-based systems to evaluate solution approaches and improve project results.
Lead discovery phases to identify technical constraints, integration dependencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
Define APIs, data flows, backend processes, and integrations.
Provide hands-on guidance in Python or Java to validate technical approaches with development teams.
Optimize application performance and ensure alignment with industry security best practices.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain thorough documentation for technical decisions, solution designs, and workflows.

Requirements

Six or more years of professional experience in software development or software architecture.
Demonstrated background in solutions architecture translating requirements into secure solutions.
Hands-on experience with n8n and Retool.
Experience in workflow automation and system integration using Python or Java.
Solid comprehension of APIs, data handling, and backend processes.
Experience managing agent-based systems alongside knowledge of RAG methodologies.
Ability to evaluate technical approaches based on performance and scalability.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and clients.
