Role Overview

Brunswick Group is seeking an AI Engineer to join their Core Services team in London, England. This professional will design, develop, and maintain artificial intelligence applications that enhance client advice and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, run, and iterate existing artificial intelligence applications within the organization.
Design, deploy, and scale new machine learning solutions to drive commercial and operational results across multiple business use cases.
Test solutions directly with end users to optimize and refine product performance.
Analyze data sets using machine learning and statistical methodologies.
Research the continuously evolving artificial intelligence landscape to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Background in building applications utilizing large language models alongside a strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence.
Expertise in designing datasets, running model evaluations, and fine-tuning foundation models for specific tasks.
Proficiency in Python programming with a focus on production-grade code creation.
Experience working with front-end technologies including React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong grasp of machine learning concepts and statistics fundamentals.
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Background working within the professional services sector.
Experience in building cloud applications utilizing Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices such as Git and CI/CD.
