Brunswick’s pioneering AI Lab builds and maintains advanced AI solutions while partnering with global client teams to provide technical expertise on complex mandates. The AI Enablement Consultant will focus on helping people across the firm use AI tools confidently, effectively, and responsibly by embedding within teams, delivering training, and evaluating emerging technologies.
Operating in a role that bridges technical capabilities and daily business workflows, the person joining will design structured training programmes, troubleshoot common issues, and gather user feedback to inform tool selection and product improvements. Ideal candidates combine strong communication skills, curiosity about business and technology, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
What you will do
- Embed within teams for defined periods to help them integrate AI tools into live client work.
- Act as first-line support for AI tools by answering user queries and troubleshooting common issues.
- Design and deliver structured AI training programmes including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and recorded videos.
- Support the evaluation of emerging AI tools through hands-on testing and business relevance assessment.
- Track recurring issues and feedback themes to inform training, documentation, and product improvements.
- Drive internal adoption campaigns to increase awareness, confidence, and usage of approved AI tools.
What you need
- Demonstrate practical experience using generative AI tools in a professional setting with an understanding of where they add value.
- Possess exceptional written communication skills to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable guidance.
- Show strong presentation skills, including developing high-quality PowerPoint materials and delivering engaging sessions to senior audiences.
- Display confidence working with senior stakeholders while flexing communication style based on the audience.
- Bring experience evaluating digital tools or technology solutions with sound judgment about business impact and risks.
- Maintain a willingness to travel internationally to deliver training and embed within teams when needed.
