The AI Enablement Engineer position at Socure is a hands-on, builder-oriented role focused on accelerating AI adoption across the engineering organization. Based out of the New York hub with remote flexibility, this position suits an experienced professional with a background in developer productivity, technical enablement, or engineering communications who wants to scale AI tooling patterns into repeatable daily practice.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary enablement partner for AI foundations, standards, and framework adoption across the engineering organization.

Evangelize AI tooling patterns, best practices, and standards defined by engineering leaders.

Build and maintain a structured feedback loop with the engineering community to capture friction points and refine standards.

Produce bite-size recordings, short snippets, practical do and do not guides, and review checklists for the engineering team.

Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gamma, and Cursor to rapidly convert raw technical materials into reusable assets.

Partner with engineering leads to define dashboards and metrics that track AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) adoption and productivity impact.

Contribute to engineering onboarding by introducing approved AI tools, standard workflows, and expected usage patterns to new hires.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in developer productivity, developer experience, technical enablement, engineering communications, or technical program leadership.

Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, code reviews, testing, developer tooling, and engineering standards.

Direct experience using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Gamma, and Cursor to generate content, package workflows, and summarize information.

Demonstrated ability to create reusable AI-assisted workflows, prompt libraries, templates, and playbooks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into concise guidance.

Experience building feedback loops or learning systems that drive organizational behavior change at scale.

High ownership, strong judgment, attention to detail, and a bias for action within ambiguous environments.

Nice to Have

Experience working in B2B SaaS, platform engineering, identity, fraud, risk, fintech, or other technically complex environments.

Familiarity with engineering productivity metrics, usage analytics, cost governance, or dashboarding related to AI tools.

Experience running office hours, technical communities, guilds, brown bags, or other structured enablement programs.

Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Confluence, Slack, Jira, Glean, LearnUpon, Jellyfish, or knowledge automation systems.

Experience creating executive-ready materials from raw technical inputs.

Skills and Tools

Developer productivity frameworks, software development lifecycles, and engineering standards.

Salary and Benefits

Annual Salary: $210,000 to $230,000 USD per year.
