Key Responsibilities

Assess, compare, and refine voice options across multiple languages and practical use cases to maximize naturalness and clarity.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and deployment departments to speed up multilingual readiness and regional launches.
Develop and maintain structured assessment tools like scorecards and rubrics to measure voice performance and interaction quality.
Investigate quality gaps alongside engineering and support staff, diagnosing root causes and implementing clear fixes.
Engage directly with customers during voice design discussions to guide selection and align choices with their organizational goals.
Build lightweight frameworks and guidance materials that empower product teams and engineers to make independent voice decisions.
Collaborate internally and externally to shape distinct agent personalities and conversational behavior.
Document regional considerations, patterns, and insights to raise the quality bar across all upcoming deployments.

Requirements

Minimum of five years working in a role that combines product craft with applied systems thinking, such as conversation design, UX for AI, or localization leadership.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple languages and priorities while maintaining strict quality standards in ambiguous environments.
Direct experience building repeatable evaluation frameworks like test suites, rubrics, and quality assurance gates.
Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex insights into actionable guidance for technical and customer stakeholders.
Deep commitment to staying close to the product, listening closely to users, and constantly improving edge cases.

Nice to Have

Background in speech synthesis or conversational agent development.
Professional expertise involving global language families.
Prior familiarity with provider and voice evaluation methods.
Background in linguistics, sound editing, or music.
