About this role

This role addresses the need to scale Cradle's global impact by securing high-value strategic partnerships within the biotech and biopharma sectors. Cradle develops a software platform that utilizes generative AI to enable the design and optimization of proteins, accelerating discovery for therapeutic, diagnostic, chemical, agricultural, and food applications. The Global Account Executive will be responsible for driving business development by leading strategic engagements with influential R&D organizations globally, focusing specifically on building key relationships and closing multi-million-dollar partnerships within Europe. • The candidate must be confident in navigating highly technical subjects and effectively translating this technical knowledge into business value for both R&D stakeholders and executives.
  • Success in this role requires thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and possessing the confidence to build sales strategies from the ground up.
  • The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong active listening skills, innate curiosity, and a capacity to learn with humility.
