Cradle builds a software platform designed for the AI-guided discovery and optimization of proteins. The platform serves biologists, scientists, and R&D teams across biopharma, biotech, agri-tech, food-tech, and academia, helping them generate protein candidates and improve properties such as activity, stability, and binding affinity using their own experimental data. The company focuses on protein engineering through machine learning models that learn from wet lab data to accelerate development timelines.

The team consists of just under one hundred people distributed across offices in Amsterdam, Boston, and Zurich, alongside remote colleagues. Open roles at the company currently include sales positions such as an Enterprise Account Executive on the US West Coast and a Global Account Executive based in Zurich.
