About this role

Delivering a fast-moving portfolio of workplace and real estate projects without dropped dependencies requires hands-on coordination and rigorous execution. Suno needs a Workplace Project Coordinator for a six-month contract in NYC to turn decisions into action and keep project stakeholders aligned.

Working alongside the Senior Workplace Project Manager, the person in this role will support multiple active projects by tracking actions, managing vendor follow-ups, maintaining documentation, and coordinating onsite installations. Candidates who thrive here are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and know how to surface risks before they affect delivery schedules.

What you will do

  • Support the Senior Workplace Project Manager by driving day-to-day execution, follow-through, and coordination across active projects.
  • Track actions, dependencies, deadlines, risks, and outstanding information to maintain reliable project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, recaps, communications, and accountability for next steps among internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with onsite office teams to coordinate deliveries and installations.
  • Follow up with vendors and consultants for required inputs and deliverables.
  • Surface risks, missed dependencies, or potential schedule impacts early.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workplace projects without losing visibility across workstreams.
  • Travel occasionally to support project milestones, site activities, installations, and office openings as needed.

What you need

  • Bring three to five years of relevant experience in workplace buildouts, owner’s rep or project coordination, commercial construction, corporate real estate, or facilities projects.
  • Demonstrate experience working within a layered project structure while owning day-to-day coordination and execution.
  • Coordinate effectively across multiple vendors, consultants, and senior or executive stakeholders.
  • Show working familiarity with drawings, construction or project terminology, schedules, furniture, IT and AV, procurement, and design documentation.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Remain comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

  • Office, workplace, interiors, or hospitality project experience
