Role Overview
Baseten is seeking a Workplace Operations team member to help run the San Francisco office and create a top-tier environment for everyone working in or visiting the space. Working alongside the Office Manager, this person sits at the center of daily operations for a rapidly scaling office expected to more than double its current population of over 200 employees. The company is expanding from one space into two additional nearby buildings to form a campus-like footprint that frequently hosts visiting staff, candidates, customers, investors, and events. A key focus involves managing high demand for conference rooms and phone booths, anticipating competing needs, and making thoughtful tradeoffs based on business priorities. This is an in-person role requiring presence at the San Francisco office five days per week.
