Reonic is seeking a Working Student Sales Development Representative (AI x Greentech) to join the team in Berlin on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an enrolled student passionate about software sales and renewable energy who wants to build a stable customer base in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with business clients, including heat pump and solar installers, by initiating contact to generate interest and set up product demonstration calls.
Execute customer acquisition strategies using outbound calling, industry trade shows, and online platform engagement like LinkedIn.
Support company expansion by locating and planning new partnerships and projects that fit business goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor behavior to address client needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program with availability to work up to 20 hours per week.
High motivation, strong drive, and commitment to achieving great results.
Strong enthusiasm for software sales within a fast-moving setting.
Proactive, flexible attitude with a solid work ethic and dedication to excellence.
Excellent interpersonal abilities to connect with and influence stakeholders.
Enthusiasm for promoting innovation and transformation in the renewable energy field.
C2-level proficiency in German, French, or Italian, alongside professional English proficiency.
On-site presence in the Berlin office.
