Role Overview

Reonic is hiring a Product Manager focused on UX and UI for a fully onsite position in Augsburg. The role centers on managing product problems from discovery through execution while collaborating with engineering, design, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Take charge of product areas through all phases including discovery, definition, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration.
Design intuitive experiences and translate complex workflows into simple solutions.
Engage with customers and analyze usage data and feedback to understand user pain points.
Challenge assumptions and explore solutions using wireframes, prototypes, and UI concepts.
Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, consistency, and visual quality.
Balance user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility while communicating requirements to engineers.
Utilize AI tools to speed up research, ideation, analysis, and prototyping workflows.

Requirements

Bring at least two years of professional experience in product management, product design, UX, UI, or a related field, preferably within a startup or fast-growing environment.
Demonstrate strong product sense focused on customer problems and business outcomes.
Possess expertise in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and usability.
Maintain a hands-on approach using Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
Exhibit comfort with ambiguity, strong communication abilities, and technical curiosity.
