Reonic is seeking a First Hire GTM - New Products in Berlin to turn fresh concepts into revenue within the greentech and AI sector. This full-time, on-site opportunity suits someone eager to own growth rather than just support it, working directly with installers to build and launch new software offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the go-to-market strategy for new software products and services by identifying target installers, channels, pricing, and key selling points through active experimentation.
Immerse in customer interactions daily to uncover workflow pain points, pressure-test ideas, and sell early versions alongside the Venture Development team.
Manage commercial aspects by determining viable pricing models such as fixed price, commission, bundled pricing, or partner shares, and evaluate channel potential.
Execute cross-functional initiatives by uniting sales, marketing, technology, and external partners to push projects forward.

Requirements

Native or C2-level German proficiency alongside fluent English.
Prior experience bringing an initiative to market, such as a personal project, campaign, or product during an internship.
Strong sense of ownership paired with a fast-paced, impatient approach to stagnant processes.
Preference for direct customer interaction over desk-bound theoretical planning.
Comfort navigating open-ended situations independently to find necessary answers.
Top university background complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset.
