Role Overview

Crusoe is seeking a skilled Welder to join the Manufacturing department in Arvada, CO. In this full-time role, the professional will execute various welding tasks using MIG and TIG techniques to guarantee that all metal structures meet precise blueprints and structural standards. Working the day shift from Monday through Thursday, the team member will directly support the creation of innovative energy and intelligence systems.

Key Responsibilities

Execute core welding operations using MIG, TIG, and spot welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components according to strict blueprints and specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings or product specifications before beginning fabrication projects.
Accurately lay out parts, assemble materials, and perform correct welds.
Inspect welded surfaces and evaluate overall weld quality to ensure full conformance with design criteria.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while properly caring for all tools and equipment.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to boost productivity and efficiency, occasionally handling cross-functional duties like machine operation.
Handle physical tasks, including manually lifting and moving raw materials and finished products weighing up to 50 to 60 pounds.

Requirements

Bring 2 to 10+ years of professional working experience as a welder.
Demonstrate strong knowledge across all welding processes, with preferred skills in Spot, MIG, and TIG welding.
Possess familiarity with stainless and mild steel materials.
Show capability in working with tube or channel to fabricate trailers.
Meet physical demands such as standing, walking, stooping, and bending for eight hours or more daily, along with lifting items up to 50 pounds.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Hold a high school diploma or GED.

Nice to Have

Possession of specialized welding certifications.
Prior experience working with advanced alloys or exotic metals.
Extensive background in fabricating trailers.
Familiarity with automated welding equipment.
Experience participating in formal quality inspection processes.
