Key Responsibilities

Direct the product department to foster high accountability, strong ownership, and measurable results.
Collaborate with company founders and executives throughout the entire product lifecycle from initial strategy to market delivery.
Take responsibility for product performance outcomes relative to core business metrics.
Monitor customer feedback, market shifts, and analytics to determine high-value problems and execute necessary tradeoffs.
Work alongside executive management to define long-term company direction and align product investments.
Coordinate with the marketing division to synchronize priorities and communicate updates to users.
Design solutions tailored for modern e-commerce operators focusing on growth levers, attribution, and performance marketing.

Requirements

Twelve or more years of product leadership experience within a SaaS business model, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
Background serving on a leadership team to develop and communicate cross-functional product visions.
Proven history of collaborating with engineering leaders to develop empowered delivery teams.
Customer-focused mindset centered on user grounding and real-world problem-solving.
Sound product judgment capable of executing clear and decisive tradeoffs.

Nice to Have

Background implementing large language models or artificial intelligence into performance optimization, attribution, or marketing measurement.
Expertise within marketing technology, data platforms, e-commerce, or artificial intelligence products.
