Key Responsibilities

Drive commercial and account growth by managing the assigned account as a business, spotting expansion opportunities, and advising senior client executives including COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital Assets.
Cultivate executive relationships by running discovery sessions across all organizational levels, establishing success metrics around adoption, risk, cost, and time-to-value, and navigating complex regulated enterprises.
Rotate into R&D and Innovation pods to spearhead zero-to-one product creation involving frontier blockchain and AI technologies, turning practical learnings into reusable playbooks.
Act as the voice of the customer for the internal product organization, translating delivered insights directly into future firm developments.
Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence tools such as generative AI, data copilots, and automation platforms to elevate team output quality, decision-making, and daily productivity.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of managing outcomes end-to-end within ambiguous and high-stakes environments.
Substantial technical depth, including past experience shipping production software and credibly leading engineering teams.
Strong commercial instinct with a track record of translating delivered work into expanded scope or revenue generation.
Executive presence capable of transitioning smoothly from whiteboard architectural sessions to C-suite briefings.
Founder-grade agency and low ego, focusing heavily on successful outcomes rather than personal credit.
Typically requires 6+ years of relevant experience spanning technical product management, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, and client-facing delivery.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% to 40% of the time.

Nice to Have

Previous working experience within blockchain infrastructure or digital assets.
Prior delivery background working directly with Tier-1 financial institutions.
