Role Overview

This position places the successful candidate right at the center of new product creation within a fast-growing environment. Operating in Berlin, the professional takes charge of fresh initiatives, guiding them from the initial concept through to market rollout. Working alongside a tight-knit team of venture developers, the role involves shaping future business bets directly with the founders.

Key Responsibilities

Take total ownership of new initiatives from the earliest conception phases to the final market rollout by defining minimum viable products and driving execution.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies independently, which includes managing positioning, pricing, distribution channels, and initial sales waves.
Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating marketing, sales, and technology functions to keep projects moving forward.
Conduct daily customer conversations to uncover core pain points, validate ideas against market reality, and sell finished solutions.
Assume full commercial responsibility by managing positioning, upselling, and iterating based on field results.
Collaborate directly with company founders to evaluate markets, pricing strategies, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Native or C2-level proficiency in German, alongside fluency in English.
A deep sense of personal accountability and a preference for rapid execution.
Prior startup experience, preferably in environments requiring the creation of products from nothing.
A top-tier academic background displaying a distinct entrepreneurial drive and practical project leadership.
Enthusiasm for direct customer communication, rapid iteration, and field learning.
