Role Overview

Reonic is seeking a Venture Development Intern to join their team in Berlin for a full-time, on-site internship lasting four to six months. This position places the successful candidate at the intersection of artificial intelligence and green technology to support strategic projects that advance the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct rapid research into new topics, markets, and customer challenges by engaging directly and frequently with clients.
Drive the practical launch of innovative digital services and products alongside the senior team and co-founders.
Interact with customers daily to identify pain points, validate proposed solutions, and market new product features based on direct feedback.
Manage early-stage product development, shape value propositions, define minimum viable products, and coordinate across sales, marketing, and technology teams.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in studies at a top university with a strong focus on entrepreneurship.
Possess a hands-on working style with a structured mindset and a willingness to handle detailed data analysis and fast execution.
Fluent in English, accompanied by mandatory C2 level proficiency in German.
Prior experience working within a startup environment.
Interested in the intersection of business strategy, technology, and operations within a high-growth company.
Prepared to invest time beyond standard hours and available to work full-time five days a week from the Berlin office.
