Role Overview

In this position, the professional will coordinate cross-disciplinary collaboration while executing sophisticated floorplans, power grids, and clock networks. The role involves managing the full-chip physical design complexity of advanced AI hardware and high-performance CPUs. Candidates will have the chance to learn cutting-edge AI accelerator implementation, next-generation packaging co-design, and advanced chiplet integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Drive top-level implementation for intricate AI and CPU System-on-Chip architectures.
Manage hierarchical floorplanning, fabric implementation, power grid design, and global clock distribution.
Handle bump planning, redistribution layer (RDL) execution, and multi-voltage domain designs.
Oversee timing closure, electromigration and infrared (EM/IR) analysis, and physical verification at the chip level.
Collaborate closely with architecture, RTL, and packaging teams to optimize implementations for power, performance, and area.

Requirements

Possess eight or more years of top-level SoC physical design experience handling complex, multi-million gate designs.
Demonstrate deep expertise in hierarchical floorplanning, global clock distribution, and power grid design.
Show a proven background in multi-voltage domain designs, bump planning, and RDL implementation.
Exhibit mastery in physical verification, EM/IR analysis, and timing closure at the chip level.
Meet U.S. export control compliance standards regarding citizenship or permanent residency.
