Role Overview

Tenstorrent is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Product Software to direct the complete software development lifecycle for next-generation chiplet-based System-in-Package solutions. This hybrid position is available in Santa Clara, California, and suits experienced professionals with a strong background in silicon development and program management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee multi-year software roadmaps while coordinating closely with silicon, firmware, and runtime teams.
Establish success metrics, build work breakdown structures, monitor progress, and execute risk management and alignment strategies.
Implement shift-left strategies to reduce bring-up risks and speed up time-to-market.
Coordinate vendor software integrations for technologies like PCIe, D2D, and Ethernet, alongside establishing reliable CI/CD and testing frameworks.
Facilitate transparent communication with executives, engineers, and stakeholders while managing important tradeoff discussions.

Requirements

Possess ten or more years of experience in technical program management or chip-level engineering.
Bring a minimum of two years of direct experience working with multi-chip and chiplet systems.
Understand heterogeneous compute architectures, including AI, CPU, memory, and networking, alongside early software phases.
Demonstrate a proven capability to manage programs with forty or more engineers, external vendors, and full software stacks ranging from bare-metal to machine learning frameworks.
Display a strong grasp of hardware-software codesign across chiplet, package, and system levels.
Maintain high organization, adaptability, and expertise in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
