What you will do
- Own and lead a portfolio of highly complex, high-visibility programs to ensure alignment with strategic customer objectives.
- Drive innovation and efficiency across the professional services team to deliver increasingly better business results.
- Proactively coordinate technical milestones and program-level dependencies across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Act as the primary lead for complex technical delivery discussions while collaborating with managers to ensure rapid project momentum.
- Elevate the team by mentoring junior technical program managers and refining delivery processes for global scale.
What you need
- Bring five to eight years of experience managing complex technical programs.
- Demonstrate intermediate technical fluency alongside the ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows.
- Show a proven track record of enhancing delivery standards and implementing changes that improve operational performance.
- Obtain one Databricks Associate-level certification within six months of hire.
- Acquire a PMP certification within six months of hire.
