Role Overview

This is a hands-on technical position based in Singapore with bjakcareer. The focus centers on designing proactive smart assistants that handle multi-task workflows, maintain persistent context, and complete real-world tasks for everyday users.

Key Responsibilities

Research and formulate comprehensive AI system requirements spanning capability, behavior, and user impact.
Translate model constraints, data parameters, and evaluation results into concrete product strategies.
Evaluate and balance critical factors such as quality, latency, cost, reliability, and user experience.
Partner with machine learning, backend, and mobile engineering teams on architecture and iteration.
Establish and scale evaluation frameworks encompassing offline metrics, online tests, and human feedback.
Drive execution using structured specifications and prioritization.
Manage product quality end-to-end to ensure correctness and user trust.

Requirements

Strong background in computer science principles including algorithms, data structures, and system architecture.
Solid comprehension of machine learning fundamentals and production AI system behavior.
Capability to read, review, and discuss complex technical design documentation.
Practical exposure to artificial intelligence applications, including large language model architectures.
Experience managing model evaluation, pipeline iteration, and feedback loops.
Understanding of model limitations, biases, hallucinations, and drift.
Demonstrated background taking complex technical products from conception to completion.
History of partnering closely with senior engineers and machine learning specialists.

Nice to Have

Background shipping consumer products heavy in artificial intelligence.
Prior professional experience as a software engineer or technical product manager.
History of defining specific evaluation metrics for machine learning systems.
Familiarity with user experience patterns and failure handling for AI.
