Key Responsibilities

Manage the profit and loss statement, business strategy, performance targets, and overall unit metrics.
Determine commercial opportunities and customer needs to define product features.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design groups to deploy new offerings.
Recruit talent, establish clear objectives, and oversee team performance.
Expand user acquisition, engagement, profitability, and revenue streams.
Establish operational processes and partnerships necessary for scaling.
Resolve problems directly, make fast decisions, and drive execution from concept to outcome.

Requirements

Proven history of scaling, launching, or building a business, product, or business unit.
Background in managing profit and loss, growth, revenue, or measurable business goals.
Demonstrated commercial and product judgment.
Capacity to collaborate across engineering, product, commercial, and operational domains.
Experience in recruiting and leading high-performing teams.
Hands-on working style that bridges high-level strategy with detailed implementation.
High sense of ownership, speed, and comfort operating in unstructured environments.
