Guide execution using disciplined prioritization, strong judgment, and detailed specifications.
Deliver systems safely, quickly, and reliably while maintaining strong feedback loops.
Oversee product quality throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure user trust, predictability, and correctness.

Requirements

Solid computer science foundation encompassing system design, data structures, and algorithms.
Strong comprehension of machine learning basics and production behavior for modern artificial intelligence systems.
Ability to discuss, read, and review technical design documents.
Practical exposure to applications powered by AI, including systems based on large language models.
Direct involvement with feedback loops, prompt or pipeline iteration, and model evaluation.
Clear intuition regarding model drift, bias, limitations, and hallucinations.
Extensive background managing complex technical products from conception to completion.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate closely with machine learning professionals and senior engineers.
Sound decision-making skills within fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
