Role Overview

The Technical Product Manager - AI Stockbroking role centers on directing strategy, technical design, and delivery for financial applications that handle real money. The position requires balancing strict regulatory standards, third-party financial rails, and AI integration to build reliable user systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a designated product vertical from initial strategy and metrics through delivery and launch.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving system correctness, operational speed, cost, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Integrate regulatory mandates into product architecture, including KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing.
Implement AI solutions with appropriate evaluation metrics, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling.
Coordinate launches across external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and financial partners.
Align cross-functional groups including Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy to production.
Solid technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and failure modes.
Demonstrated capability to work closely with engineers and contribute to technical designs.
Background in a regulated, high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Experience building products using large language models or artificial intelligence, focusing on reliability and evaluation.
Strong English communication skills for collaborating within a distributed international team.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product roles.
Prior experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience establishing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-powered features.
