Key Responsibilities

Owns a product vertical completely, covering strategy, metrics, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
Guides technical design alongside engineering teams regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balances decisions involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulation, and user experience.
Integrates regulatory compliance into products, addressing KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing.
Deploys AI functionality with proper evaluation, safeguards, and failure management.
Coordinates product releases around external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails.
Unifies engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance around product decisions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Solid technical background spanning system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating with engineers to review and contribute to technical designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated domains.
Sound product judgment for navigating technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Experience building AI products or working with LLMs, including reliability and evaluation frameworks.

Nice to Have
