Role Overview

bjakcareer invites applications for a remote Technical Product Manager - AI Stockbroking position based out of Singapore. The role centers on owning a product vertical end-to-end, steering strategy, technical design, delivery, and launch for financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical completely from strategy, metrics, and roadmap through to execution and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical design covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, correctness, cost, reliability, user experience, and regulatory compliance.
Embed regulatory needs into features regarding KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing.
Implement artificial intelligence solutions with proper safeguards, evaluation, and oversight where it genuinely adds value.
Navigate external constraints like financial rails, partner integrations, and regulatory approvals during shipping.
Coordinate cross-functional partners across engineering, design, compliance, treasury, operations, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management history overseeing complex technical products from inception to production.
Solid technical grounding in system architecture, databases, distributed systems, APIs, and failure modes.
Background collaborating directly with engineers to challenge and contribute to system designs.
Professional domain exposure in regulated spaces such as banking, trading, payments, remittance, or insurance.
Strong decision-making skills to manage operational, regulatory, and technical trade-offs.
Practical exposure creating products utilizing large language models or artificial intelligence alongside reliability measures.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or a heavily technical product role.
Track record launching zero-to-one consumer or financial technology offerings.
Background creating evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model solutions.
