Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, roadmap, metrics, priorities, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams on technical designs involving APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Integrate regulatory rules into products, addressing KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing.
Apply artificial intelligence with proper evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight where it genuinely improves outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of five years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy to production.
Demonstrate a strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Possess background experience in regulated or high-consequence domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Show direct experience building with large language models or artificial intelligence products, including reliability and evaluation frameworks.
