Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Technical Product Manager to oversee an AI stockbroking superapp product vertical from initial strategy to launch. The person in this position will manage complex financial products that integrate payments, wealth, and trading features.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end by handling strategy, metrics, roadmaps, and delivery priorities.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, and security.
Balance trade-offs between system speed, cost, reliability, regulatory needs, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory compliance rules into products, including KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy limits.
Implement AI solutions with proper evaluation metrics, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience owning complex technical products through production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
Background working alongside engineers to contribute to technical designs.
Domain experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated sectors.
Experience developing applications utilizing LLMs or AI capabilities alongside reliability safeguards.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or a highly technical product discipline.
Experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer applications.
Experience designing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-driven solutions.
