Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Technical Product Manager to help build an AI Neobank Superapp covering payments, trading, insurance, wealth, and remittance. The position is fully remote with global team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, metrics, roadmaps, priorities, and final delivery.
Collaborate with engineering on technical designs, handling APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, and scalability.
Balance priorities involving correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulations, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory necessities like KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and limits into the product.
Implement AI solutions with appropriate safeguards, evaluation methods, human oversight, and failure management.
Launch products while navigating external partners, financial rails, and regulatory approvals.
Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management background, taking complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, databases, APIs, distributed systems, and failure modes.
Practical experience collaborating with engineering teams to review and contribute to technical designs.
Background in regulated domains such as banking, payments, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Product judgment for managing technical, operational, and regulatory trade-offs.
Experience building LLM or AI solutions, including safety, evaluation, and operational boundaries.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or highly technical product management.
Experience launching zero-to-one consumer or fintech offerings.
History of creating evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-driven applications.
