Role Overview

The Technical Product Manager takes full ownership of a product vertical from initial strategy to deployment within a financial platform. Responsibilities cover system architecture, compliance, and integrating artificial intelligence where appropriate. The candidate coordinates cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a complete product vertical through strategy, metrics, roadmap planning, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering to define technical designs regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Balance priorities across delivery speed, reliability, cost, regulatory standards, and user experience.
Integrate compliance requirements such as know-your-customer protocols, transaction monitoring, and privacy into the product.
Implement artificial intelligence models with proper safeguards, evaluation frameworks, and oversight.
Coordinate launches around external dependencies including regulatory approvals and financial network partners.
Align departments such as engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, databases, APIs, workflows, and distributed systems.
Background collaborating closely with engineers to review and contribute to technical designs.
Professional experience within payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated domains.
Track record of building with language models or artificial intelligence products while understanding evaluation and reliability.
