Role Overview

The Technical Product Manager manages a product vertical completely, covering strategy, outcomes, technical design, delivery, and official launch. The position focuses on building an artificial intelligence neobank superapp that handles payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading while balancing regulatory constraints, system reliability, and financial rails.

Key Responsibilities

Owns a product vertical end-to-end, including metrics, roadmap, strategy, priorities, and delivery.
Shapes technical designs alongside engineering teams for APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, reconciliation, failure handling, and scalability.
Evaluates trade-offs related to cost, speed, correctness, reliability, user experience, and regulatory requirements.
Integrates regulatory requirements directly into products, covering privacy, transaction monitoring, limits, KYC, and licensing.
Deploys artificial intelligence appropriately with safeguards, evaluation, failure handling, and human oversight.
Navigates external dependencies like third-party partners, regulatory approvals, and financial rails during shipping.
Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, treasury, finance, operations, and compliance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience handling complex technical products from strategy to production.
Solid technical foundation covering system architecture, databases, APIs, distributed systems, workflows, and failure modes.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate with engineers and evaluate technical designs.
Prior background in regulated domains such as banking, payments, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Sound product judgment under technical, operational, and regulatory constraints.
Practical experience building products with LLMs or artificial intelligence, featuring reliability and evaluation frameworks.

Nice to Have

Previous engineering or deeply technical product background.
Experience launching zero-to-one consumer products or fintech solutions.
Background in defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model applications.
