Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage a product vertical end-to-end, covering strategy, metrics, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical designs for APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Balance trade-offs involving correctness, speed, reliability, cost, regulations, and user experience.
Integrate regulatory compliance requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing into products.
Implement AI solutions with appropriate safeguards, evaluation methods, and oversight mechanisms.
Navigate external dependencies including regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners during product shipment.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience managing complex technical products from conception to production.
Technical foundation covering system architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and failure handling.
Experience collaborating with engineers to review and challenge technical designs.
Background in regulated product domains such as payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading.
Product judgment capabilities for making trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints.
Experience building products with LLMs or AI, including evaluation and reliability standards.

Nice to Have

Engineering or highly technical product background.
Experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Background in defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-driven products.
