Role Overview

The Technical Product Manager takes full ownership of a product vertical within the AI Neobank Superapp. The individual balances regulatory needs, financial infrastructure, and system reliability while deploying artificial intelligence solutions that enhance financial services across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a product vertical from strategy, metrics, and roadmap definition to delivery.
Collaborating with engineering teams on APIs, data flows, ledgering, security, and scalability.
Balancing correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulations, and user experience.
Incorporating regulatory requirements such as KYC, transaction monitoring, privacy, and licensing.
Implementing artificial intelligence features with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight.
Navigating external dependencies including regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails.
Aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of product management experience overseeing complex technical products from strategy to production.
Technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and distributed systems.
Experience collaborating directly with engineers to review and contribute to technical designs.
Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or related regulated domains.
Product judgment capable of navigating technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Practical experience building with large language models or artificial intelligence products.

Nice to Have

Background in engineering or a highly technical product role.
Experience creating zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience establishing evaluation frameworks for machine learning or large language model solutions.
